MAN KI BAAT

The Politicians ,the people, the intellects ,the Employers and quite a large chunk  of the seekers are all worried  that they can collect  a thousand  heads but not so much of a really good workforce  for their needs.  This syndrome is specially hitting this country.

The natural query is WHY SO. Putting this ill in simple words is the dearth of skills in the job seekers.  These needy do have inches long academic degree but when the employers put them on job they often fail. Paradoxically some men although posses less degrees come with good amount of work results due to their cherished desire to acquire the required skills and apply the same to accomplish tasks given to them.

Your director has had a torment for the above lacunae for long. And this has made him to introduce The EMBARK to offset the deficiency prevailing in the related market.

EMBARK INSTITUTE was initiated in year 2014 just a period of three years back

Right from the start progressively the institution has catered around 150 candidates  who acquired the necessary skills they want to have.

Around 120 out of them could clinch their inspired job, and their performance today is quite pleasing. Obviously there are different skill avenues and we have to take different perspective for such requirement. The results are well before you.

My inroad into this sphere commencend in 2014. In the interveening period thereafter ( Post graduation in commerce & Degree in law) the need was to stengthen my self with different work culture in various type of organisations

National and international gaining such work cultures apparently would latter on be  imparted  and infused into the students. This very ethos still plays an important tool in EMBARK.
